K… I'm a bad bad blogger!!

Lol… So I haven't been on here forever.. I thought I prob should give you all an update of matt and I's life.. So we have been pretty busy lately trying to buy a house! We love this house and are very excited to be closing on it in January. We have been looking for months for a house and this is the third we have offered on. We were looking in the Roy/Hooper area and found one. Well, come to find out. we were the second offer on the house and they took the first one. The second house we fell in love with, come to find out again that it had an offer on it. Well, we offered our best and they accepted our offer! Well, the MLS said that it had Central Air, gas log fireplace and blinds. It didn't have any of that! The agent told us that there once was a swamp cooler but it was leaking so the owners took it down and patched the roof. We weren't very happy that we just bought a house with no central air, but no air conditioning whats so ever! Long story short, we withdraw our offer. Now that we found this house we absolutely know that it is right for us and what we were looking for. It doesn't have the greatest backyard but enough for kids to run around and a dog… he he. So we are just waiting now.. praying that we can get into it sooner!
